MEADVILLE AREA RECREATION COMPLEX ENDOWMENT FUND

September 1, 2007 -- Hagan Business Machines of Meadville Inc. has pledged to donate to the newly established MARC Endowment Fund.

A portion of the proceeds of all Color Copiers and Color Laser Printers sold to Meadville, West Mead or Vernon businesses from October 1 to December 31, 2007 will be donated to the Endowment Fund.

The Meadville Area Recreational Complex is a unique forty-seven acre, multi-faceted recreational facility. Recreational facilities include: The George S. DeArment Ice Arena, the George J. Barco Aquatic Center, a Skate park, four lighted tennis courts, nature trail, sand volleyball courts, picnic shelters, and baseball and soccer fields.

As a locally owned and operated company, we strive to maintain our commitment to the community by supporting nonprofit organizations, charities and civic groups as well as local businesses. Hagan Business Machines is proud to have the opportunity to assist the Meadville Area Recreation Complex in improving the quality of life for residents of the Greater Meadville Area.

Sept. 9, 2009 - Toshiba America Business Solutions Inc. today announced a strategic agreement with Hewlett-Packard (HP) that allows Hagan Business Machines of Meadville, Inc. to sell the HP laser jet product line, parts and supplies to customers. This agreement expands and strengthens Hagan Business Machines overall product offering while also meeting the needs of HP loyal customers. Additionally, access to HP products, parts and supplies allows Hagan Business Machines to further strengthen their PrintSmart Managed Print Services program for customers who already have HP as their single-function printer provider.
