Rich Reist

Rich started out in the warehouse 7 years ago and currently is Hagan’s managed print services analyst. He analyzes document production environments of firms to reduce costs and improve efficiencies. He assists in the implementation of service and cost improvements and helps organizations develop a long term strategy for document production hardware. His goal is to maintain a high level of customer service for his clients and to develop long term trusting relationships. Making new friends and meeting people is truly what he enjoys most about his job. Born in Warren, PA, Rich, his wife, Alicia and their three daughters; Tatyana, Maya and Kyarra reside in Meadville. He likes outdoor sports, (camping, hiking, kayaking, swimming, riding bikes, skiing and snowboarding), making music, drum making, flowers & gardening, helping with 4-H, alternative healing & exercising.
